We are pioneers in a region of pioneers. Pioneers of the pork industry in the
province of Salamanca. Pioneers of ageing, commercialising and distributing
cured products of the Guijuelo Iberian pig.
We are some of the longest standing experts in cured products in the Guijuelo region of Salamanca.
¡To date, we continue to preserve and use the same drying rooms and the same smoking huts that our ancestors built in 1895!
These structures, made in wood and pure granite, are a testament to the passion and dedication that so many generations have put into their animals, products and profession.
We continue to use natural fertilizers and traditional production processes.
The natural smoking of the sausages and our location at the foothills of Sierra de Gredos, give our products a unique character, winning them several prizes and clients all over the world.

At Rodilla & González we only offer our clients the best local produce in the traditional cuts (loin, sirloin, bone-in loin) to the newst cuts required by modern cuisine (secreto, carrillera, pluma…).
